Pineapple Cilantro Smoothie

Quick, easy, and extremely tasty smoothie that can be made in just minutes. Not to mention, it is of course, Gluten, Dairy, and low Fodmap.




GATHER

- 2 Bananas

- 2 Celery Sticks

- 1 Cup Frozen Pineapple

- Cilantro

- 2 TBSP of PB2


- 2 Cups of either Soy or Almond Milk


- Add all ingredients together in the blender.

- Blend until smooth & creamy

- Add a dash of Cilantro to the top to really make the mouth water.

- ENJOY! (before the MN winter arrives! )
